The company Ipart ApS and the subsidiary Washbox ApS – which specialises in design and construction of filling stations and car washes – welcomes strategy expert, Mikael Vest, as President of the Board in a new external board.
With order books filling up and the turnover having been doubled, 2021 became the starting point for a new and ambitious growth plan with a particular focus on strategy, structure, and realisation of growth objectives led by newly recruited CEO, Jørgen Sørensen Stengaard. An important part of the plan was the composition of a new, external board and it is no coincidence that strategy expert, Mikael Vest, have been recruited as President of the Board:
“With Mikael’s many years of experience in both the development and implementation of strategies for several companies, along with his experience in board work, I am sure that we have gotten an essential skillset onboard, which in close collaboration with us can help lift and ensure our plans for Ipart in the coming years”, says Jørgen Sørensen Stensgaard.
Newly recruited President of the Board, Mikael Vest, looks forward to the collaboration:

The board also welcomes owner, Mads Krøgholt. The composition of the board is in its final phase, and the remaining board members will soon be presented.
